Who we are.
prents.com is the web site for the property management company owned & operated by
Charles & Edith Meyer and the property management company owned and operated by
their son Jason Meyer. We are property managers for residential rental property located in
the Denver Metro area. Each company is licensed as Real Estate Brokers with the Colorado Real
Estate Commission, and combined we have over 25 years experience in residential property
management. Combined, we manage approximately 250 residential rental properties.
What we do.
As property managers-we advertise, show & lease each vacant rental property. We provide
an individual web page for each property for rent by using "Rentals.com" the primary rental
search engine. We select qualified tenants & perform credit, eviction & criminal background
checks. We prepare & sign the lease agreement & property inspection report.
After the tenant moves in, we continue to provide property management services;
such as rent collection, property inspection, scheduling of repairs & simple, easy to understand
monthly statements with itemized expense receipts. Invoices for maintenance & repair services
are provided to owners at cost.
What we charge.
We charge one, simple flat rate management fee of 10% of the rent. For owners with 3 units or more-
the management fee is 8%. No set up fee. A $50.00 new lease, or lease renewal fee. The owner pays
for the cost of placing the property on the "Rentals.com" rental search engine and for any For Rent
signs specific to the property. The cost for "Rentals.com", is $139 for 30 days.
