We are full time property managers of condos, townhomes and homes
located in South Denver, East Denver and Aurora.
Property management is not a side business for our company.
It is our only business. We don't broker mortgages, sell real estate
or manage apartments. We are residential property managers.
Premier Realty and Management Co. is owned by a husband and wife;
Charles and Edith Meyer. Edith Meyer, is a graduate of Jones RE College
and is the property accountant. Charles Meyer, is a graduate of the
University of Denver and is the property manager.
Both are true Denver natives; and have 3 grown children.
We are a small company and manage about 100 properties. You won't get lost in the crowd.
We have been in the business of property management for over 25 years.
We answer our phone, return our emails and let you know what is going on with your property.
Our management contract is month to month. No long term contracts,
We think you will value what we do.
We provide for extensive tenant screening, on-line rental applications, and on-line rental payments.
There are no markups for repairs, and copies of the original expense receipts are provided.
Rental proceeds are deposited directly to the owner's checking account and a statement is emailed.
