Premier Realty and Management Co. is owned by a husband and wife; Charles and Edith Meyer. Edith Meyer, is a graduate of Jones RE College and is the property accountant. Charles Meyer, is a graduate of the University of Denver and is the property manager. Both are Denver natives; and have 3 grown children. |

Property Management Services
We are a small company and manage about 100 properties. You won't get lost in the crowd. We have been in the business of property management for over 25 years. We answer our phone and return our emails. Our management contract is month to month. No long term contracts, We think you will value what we do. We provide for tenant screening, on-line rental applications and rent payments. There are no markups for repairs invoices, and copies of the original expense receipts are provided with each statement. Rental proceeds are deposited directly to the owner's checking account and an account statement is emailed to each owner every month. |
